All products are custom ordered and made. Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're defective or flawed upon receiving.
If any of our products ever fail as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace them with a like item free of charge and cover the shipping back to you.
This warranty does not cover degradation from normal wear and tear over the natural lifespan of the materials in the product.
OTHER TERMS
We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
